This policy explains what Dallas Air & Heating, a d/b/a of Dominion Digital Group, collects when you call (469) 649-7066 or visit dallasairandheating.com, and what happens to that information. It is written in plain language. It is not legal advice.
What we collect when you call
The automated assistant that answers the line records your phone number and what you tell it: your name, callback number, city or ZIP code, whether the problem is cooling or heating, and a description of what the system is doing. Calls may be recorded and transcribed so they can be routed and summarized.
What the request form collects
The request form on the contact page collects what you type into it: your name, phone number, email address if you choose to give one, city or ZIP code, what you need and any note you add. The form is stored by our website host, Netlify, and sent to the site owner by text message and email so the request can be passed to an independent, locally owned heating and air conditioning company that serves your area. That company then calls you back. We do not sell what you send, and we do not use it for marketing.
To ask for a form request to be deleted, call (469) 649-7066 and say so. Details already passed to a company are held by that company, so contact it directly about its records.
What else the website collects
The website has no accounts, no email sign-up and no chat. Apart from the request form, you do not type personal information into it. Our hosting provider may log basic technical information, such as your IP address, browser type and the pages requested, to deliver and secure the site.
The fonts on this site are stored on and served from this website itself, not loaded from Google Fonts or another font service.
Google Translate is not loaded when you arrive. It loads only if you choose Español in the site header. When you do, Google's translation service receives the page to translate it, and a small cookie named googtrans is set to remember your language choice. Choosing English again switches it back.
How we use it
We use call and form details to connect you with an independent, locally owned heating and air conditioning company that serves your area, to give that company what it needs to help you or call you back, and to keep the line working properly.
Who we share it with
We share your name, phone number, location and description of the problem with the independent HVAC company your call is transferred to, including a short summary it hears before it picks up, so it can contact you and quote the work. If that company cannot answer, the same details are passed to it so it can call you back.
Form requests are shared the same way: your name, phone number, city or ZIP, what you need and your note go to the independent company that will call you back.
Otherwise we share information only with service providers that help run the phone line and website, such as telephone, call-handling, text message, email and hosting providers, and only as far as they need it to do that work, or when the law requires it. We do not sell your personal information.
The referral fee
The independent HVAC companies we connect callers with may pay Dallas Air & Heating a referral fee. Your call details are shared with the company your call is transferred to as part of that service. You never pay the line.
Text messages and marketing
We do not send marketing text messages or emails. The company you are connected with may contact you about your request under its own privacy practices.
How long we keep it
We keep call and form details only as long as needed to connect you with a company, answer questions about them and meet legal or accounting obligations.
Your choices
You can ask what information we hold about you, or ask us to delete it, by calling (469) 649-7066. Information already passed to an HVAC company is held by that company, so contact it directly about its records.
Children
The line and website are meant for adults arranging service for a home or business. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Dallas Air & Heating serves callers in the Dallas-Fort Worth area of Texas, and this policy is meant to be read under Texas law.
Changes
We may update this policy. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
